![]() ![]() At this point, I literally had to try and find my way to the airport since it was well past 435am now and we risked missing our flight. At this point we came down from the shuttle and started going through our luggage looking for the voucher. Since we are running late I brought out 100$ bill since he insisted on cash ( we were not offered to use debit or credit card) only for ******* to say that he doesnt have change. I questioned why we would pay again when we already paid. He still insisted on the voucher and I repeated that I must have lost it. I can hear him as he called and someone on the other end verified or said they are good after running my first and last name. Also showed him the text message i received about pick up this morning ( attached the picture of the text on this complaint). ![]() He asked for our voucher and I informed him that I lost it but can he check our name by calling the company. We quickly made it down to where ******* was. I told him the previous driver told us about being picked up where we were dropped off ( slightly off the main entrance). When he answered close to 430am he said he was at the pickup area which was down the escalator. At this point Im worried about missing our flight. I called again after an additional 20 minutes. On Monday at 4am we waited and I called ******* who informed me he was running 10 minutes late. Our driver on Saturday dropped us off at ******** hotel a little off the entrance and told us that we will be picked up on Monday 4am at the same place. We arrived on Saturday July 22nd in the afternoon and paid 61.95$ for round trip for the two of us. This is not our first time in ***** nor our first time using shuttle services to hotels. Bell Trans will reimburse any unused boarding passes for service not provided.My wife and I arrived to ***** from ******* **. In the event a passenger is not picked up within one and one-half (1.5) hours before their flight departure time it is recommended they seek other means of transportation to make their flight. ![]() Travel time may take between 30-50 minutes on average to McCarran Airport.īell Trans does not accept any liability for passengers not making their departure flight with shuttle service. Buses are not staged at every hotel and are not on a set route providing direct transportation to the airport. Shuttle passengers must be outside their hotel at the designated hotel pickup area 10 minutes prior to their scheduled pick-up time, and be patient up to 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time to allow for pick-ups prior to their hotel. This may take the driver additional time. Unlike the airport on arrival, the bus may be stopping to collect and load other travelers from other hotels prior to your stop and before driving to McCarran Airport. Shuttle bus pick-ups must be scheduled a minimum of two and one-half (2.5) hours prior to your flight departure time to allow plenty of time for transport. Boarding pass must be provided to the driver at the pick-up so the driver is aware you have pre-paid service. Instructions and phone number are listed on every boarding pass. The day prior (24 hours) to your departure you will need to call and confirm your seat on the shuttle bus to return to the airport. The bus may not leave immediately as more passengers may need to be loaded. You must provide a boarding pass to the driver before departure so the driver is aware you have pre-paid service. You will be grouped with other passengers on the curb to be loaded and transported to a Zone/Grouping of hotels. Upon check-in at our kiosk you will be given a boarding pass for each transport from/to McCarran Airport. At Terminal 1 we are located outside door 9 and at Terminal 3 we are located outside door 52. On arrival at McCarran Airport you will need to collect your luggage and check-in with one of our kiosks located outside the baggage claim. Travel time may take between 30 to 45 minutes on average to your hotel. This is a Share-A-Ride service and you will be sharing the vehicle with up to twenty-four other travelers and may stop between 3 to 5 hotels before reaching your destination. Direct transportation to your hotel or airport is NOT guaranteed. Passengers are grouped together and transported in shuttle buses. Airport Shuttle is low cost transportation from and to McCarran International Airport and the resort corridor hotels of Las Vegas Blvd and the Downtown area. ![]()
